How to take a class

1. Add class(es) to your cart

2. Check out (you’ll be asked to register if you don’t have an account with us)

3. Log in to download your e-book

4. Read and study the e-book

5. Follow the link inside the e-book to take the exam (see the Table of Contents inside the e-book for the exact page number where it is found)

6. Take the exam – you have 5 tries to score 70% or higher – and fill out a quick feedback survey

7. Return to your student dashboard to download or print your Certificate of Achievement

About the CE Classes

Each class is a PDF e-book, immediately available to you as soon as you purchase a class. That means no waiting for someone to mail you a hard copy or email you a link.

Most computers already have Adobe Reader installed, so you can read the class right away. Most smartphones and tablets (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.) have a built-in PDF reader as well. If you find you cannot open the PDF on the first try, try tapping twice with your mobile device, download the latest version of Adobe Reader, or try a different web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer (Google Chrome is problematic). In addition, if you see anything that appears to be a typo, like a missing letter or strange strikethrough, it is most likely an issue with an older version of Adobe Reader. Please update your Reader or use a different PDF reader.

What are the assessments like?

At the end of each class, there is a link to an open-book, multiple choice assessment. You have up to 5 tries to answer at least 70% of the questions correctly. While each student is different, the assessment typically takes between 30-60 minutes to complete. Once you have passed the assessment, you will fill out a brief questionnaire about the class and then you will be able to download a Certificate of Achievement. Certificates are printable if you wish to print a copy and mount it on your wall.

What do you mean by “mobile-friendly?”

Many sites say their classes are mobile-friendly, but they just mean you can read their PDF on your phone. But our entire website was especially designed to work on almost any screen. If you’re using a computer, try stretching your web browser smaller and larger, and see how everything flows smoothly to fit the window. That means no more tiny text you have to try to zoom in on. We have made everything from buying to reading to taking your exam easy on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Troubleshooting problems

If you have trouble with any portion of the site, please see the contact form. Select the type of issue you are having, and the form will recommend common settings you can check that will most likely solve the problem. If these do not solve your issue, please continue on the contact form, including as much detail as possible, and our team will look into your problem as soon as possible.  If you have gotten locked out by the system, it will unlock you within 12 hours from your last attempt.  Please double-check that you’re using the correct username and password.  Before trying again, clear your cache, cookies, and browser history.  Shutdown your computer and reboot, then try again.  Make sure you are using FireFox or Internet Explorer as your browser; Google Chrome is problematic.

Registration & Payment

How do I register for a class?

Browse through our CE Classes and click “enroll now” when you have found a class you want to take. You can then register on the website and complete your purchase. You will then be able to log in to this website to access to the class materials, take the assessment and earn a Certificate of Achievement.

What are deadlines for registration?

With online classes, there is no deadline to register and purchase a class. You may purchase a class at any time. From the time of purchase, you will have 8 months to read the class materials, take and pass the assessment and obtain your Certificate of Achievement. Your Certificate of Achievement will be dated on the day you pass the assessment, so remember to check your massage therapy license expiration date. You’ll need to pass the exam before that date in order for the credits to be valid for renewal.

What is your cancellation policy?

With online classes, refunds are seldom given unless in extreme situations to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

How are payments handled?

Students may pay on this site with a credit card or use a PayPal account. No credit card information is ever stored on this website – it is processed and discarded immediately. All information is secure.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

Our site is set up to accept payments by someone else – so for example, a relative may pay for your class. Just set the “Billing Information” section on the registration form to their contact information. It is best if you can sit with them while you make the purchase, because when you pay for the class, you will need to provide all of your contact information as well as your license number so that the class is in your name and not theirs.

Are 6-hour classes really only $39?

Yes. The only difference between these affordable online CE classes and more expensive in-person classes is hands-on demonstration. The classes are informational rather than technique classes. The online classes are comprehensive and designed to give you lots of valuable information and techniques you can use in your own practice. They are not shorter or less comprehensive than other online massage classes that can cost up to $125.00 for 6 hours. We simply want to make our classes affordable, so that you can return to us the next time you need more massage CE credits.

How are refunds handled?

In the event the owner decides an online class will be refunded, the method used to purchase the class will be the same method used when refunding. In other words, the credit card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the class will receive the refund credit.


Is this website secure?

Yes, all areas of the website where personal information is entered or stored are kept secure. Depending on what web browser you are using, you should be able to see a padlock icon, green bar or “https:” in the address bar that indicates all your information is encrypted and secure, anywhere where you log in or type in information. The cart, checkout and login areas are all SSL secured for your protection, and no information is shared with third parties.

How are student records handled?

All information is secure on this website and the student’s information will not be sold to any third party. The owner will keep student records such as Certificates of Achievement on file indefinitely.
